Start in Hvězda – a picturesque village with a rich history
You can start your journey in the settlement of Hvězda, which is known for its beautiful folk buildings and half-timbered barns. This village, famous for its picturesqueness, will offer you a view of beautiful arcaded pavilions and blooming gardens. Don't forget to visit the chapel of St. Jakub Starší from 1821, to which a beautiful linden avenue leads. Continue from Hvězda towards the Vlhošťské mine or the village of Skalka. Via cycle routes 0059 and 211 you can reach the village of Drevčice, where it is worth stopping at the village. Ascent along Husí cesta and a stop at Martinské stény
Next, we will go along cycle route 0057 and 0058 towards the Lhota conservation area. On the way, don't forget to notice the turnoff to Martinská stěny, a distinctive rock formation that is a great place to walk. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and get to know the rare fauna that lives here.
Meeting Jára Cimrman - a legend at the end of the trail
Just beyond the Martin Walls, a unique encounter awaits you with Jára Cimrman - in the shed near the monument to this fictitious Czech genius, you can refresh yourself and learn more about his death. Don't forget to look at the Goose Rock, which is shaped like a feather, after which the entire trail is named.

Start in Nové Bor - a green sign for natural beauty
Start your journey in the center of Nové Bor at náměstí Míru, where you can conveniently park or arrive by bus. From there, the green tourist sign will lead you down Kalinova Street, past the Rumbur heroes, to the forest below the forest cemetery.
Jelení skok lookout – the first breathtaking view of Klíč hill
The first stop awaits you at the Jelení skok viewpoint, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Klíč hill, the fourth highest mountain in the Lusatian Mountains (760 m). This view is only the beginning of the breathtaking scenery that awaits you during the trip.
Continuation to Havrání skály - climb between the rock towers
After the Jeléní skok viewpoint, head left, downhill, following the green sign, until you come across the cycle path. It will conveniently take you to the turnoff to Havrání skály. From there, you can climb the sandstone steps between the rock towers, which reach a height of up to 20 meters. At the top, you will be greeted by a modified lookout.
Panoramic views from the Havraní rocks – the reward for the climb
At the top of Havraní skal you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, such as Klíč, Špičák u Česká Lípa, Vlhošť or Ronov. You can easily identify all these natural landmarks on the information panels located at the viewpoint.
