Residence Fami - De Luxe Design

The Fami De Luxe Design Residence is located in a quiet part of the town of Staré Splavy, approximately 300 m from the beach of the Máchova Jezera aquapark. The residence offers year-round accommodation in designer rooms for families with children but also for groups of up to 14 people.

Directly in front of the Fami Residence there is a sports complex with nine tennis courts, three volleyball courts, a football field and a sports hall with fitness, sauna and whirlpool. A 12 km long trail for inline skaters is only 800m from the Residence.

In the Fami Residence you will also find an outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities where you can enjoy romantic evenings by candlelight and a glass of good wine with a beautiful view of the sunset. We can lend you mountain bikes and Nordic Walking poles for exploring the surroundings of Mácha Lake.

The rooms are double and triple with private bathroom + four-bed De Luxe apartment with two bedrooms and private bathroom. Modern design rooms are tastefully furnished with designer furniture, electric kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator. Possibility to rent LCD TV - SAT with digital reception, use of WIFI internet connection, high-quality terry towels, natural luxury hotel cosmetics, terry velour slippers and other services will pamper and spoil our guests during their stay at the Fami Residence. Rich nutritionally valuable breakfasts are in the form of a buffet, or can be served directly to the room!
