Turn your benefits into staying with us

Use your benefit points from the employer to stay in the Czech Republic or abroad.

If your employer contributes to your holiday, we will prepare all the necessary formalities for you, including the invoicing of the allowance and its use as payment for your stay. Invoices can be issued for all stays on offer and for any amount. We will issue the invoice immediately and send it by email or post.

Purchase stays for discount points

The accommodation portal Hotel-Pension.cz is a partner of the program of optional employee benefits Sodexo , Benefity.cz , Benefit Plus and Gallery Beta . Many clients have already used their discount points through our company and used the option to purchase a holiday or a voucher.

When ordering a stay or voucher on the Hotel-Pension.cz website, you should state in the note that you want to use the points from the discount programs listed below to pay for it.


Terms of payment through benefits

In order to pay for your chosen stays, we accept the following types of benefits:

Sodexo Stays via Sodexo
Online account assistance payment, Multipass card, Focus Pass vouchers, Gift Pass, Flexi Pass.

Benefits Stays through Benefity.cz
Online payment, Cafeteria Benefit.

Benefit Plus Purchase via Benefit Plus
Online card payment, Online account help payment, Online cafeteria.

Gallery Beta Purchase via Gallery Beta
Online card payment, holiday vouchers, Unišek +, Unišek + FKSP, Cadhoc, Gallery Beta.

In the case of using the benefits of Sodexo and Up , these benefits can be claimed up to a maximum of 50% of the price of the booked stay.

In case of cancellation of tours paid via Benefity Plus and Benefity.cz , the points are returned to the client's account.

Vouchers must be redeemed at their full value; no money can be refunded for the unused portion of the voucher. Vouchers also cannot be exchanged for cash, even if the stay is canceled. In such cases, we return the part paid by the benefits in the same unmarked benefit vouchers. We accept non-devalued vouchers corresponding to the currently valid voucher model, which are also provided with security elements according to the list of security elements provided by their issuer, and only for the period of their validity.
